Claims (4)
- 디비닐벤젠을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,디에틸벤젠을 촉매존재하에 기상 탈수소반응 시켜서 얻은 생성 기체를 냉각기에 넣어 응축시켜 탈수소 오일을 회수할 때 냉각기 내부에 비등점이 디비닐벤젠보다는 높고, 450℃이하인 고비등점 오일을 분무하여 상기의 반응생성기체와 접촉시키는 과정을 포함하며,상기 고비등점 오일은 알킬기로 치환된 방향족 화합물, 아르알킬(Ar-alkyl)기로 치환된 방향족 화합물, 치환되지 않은 방향족 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 디비닐벤젠의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 생성 기체내의 수증기보다 냉각점이 높은 성분 100중량부당 고비등점 오일을 10∼100중량부의 범위로 분무함을 특징으로 하는 디비닐벤젠의 제조방법.
- 디비닐벤젠을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 디에틸벤젠을 촉매존재하에 기상 탈수소반응 시켜서 얻은 생성 기체를 냉각기에 넣어 응축시켜 탈수소 오일을 회수할 때 냉각기 내부에 비등점이 디비닐벤젠보다는 높고, 450℃이하인 고비등점 오일과 물을 분무하여 상기의 반응 생성 기체와 접촉시키는 과정을 포함하며,상기 고비등점 오일은 알킬기로 치환된 방향족 화합물, 아르알킬(Ar-alkyl)기로 치환된 방향족 화합물, 치환되지 않은 방향족 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 디비닐벤젠의 제조방법.
