Claims (4)
- 이형지 위에 고무화 아스팔트를 가열 용융하여 도포하고, 그 위에 부직포 또는 직포를 재치한 후 고무화아스팔트를 도포하고 로울링하여 얻은 공지의 방수시트위에 신율 40∼100%, 인장강도 140∼200kg/㎠의 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지액을 분사하고 수지액이 경화하기 전에 유리섬유, 유리섬유 촙(CHOP), 또는 락울을 깔고 그 위에 상기의 불포화폴리에스테르수지액을 분사하고 로울링한 후 고분자 필름을 적층한 후 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지액을 경화시키는 다층복합형 FRP 방수시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르가 올소계, 이소계, 비스페놀계, 비닐에스테르계 불포화 폴리에스테르로 된 군에서 선택한 것인 다층복합형 FRP 방수시트의 제조 방법.
- 고무화아스팔트를 함침시킨 부직포 또는 직포층의 공지의 방수시트와 신율 40∼100%, 인장강도 140∼200kg/㎠의 불포화폴리에스테르수지액을 함침 경화시킨 섬유매트, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유촙(CHOP), 또는 미립자상 무기물층을 적층시킨 다층복합형 FRF 방수시트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르가 올소계, 이소계, 비스페놀계, 비닐에스테르계, 불포화 폴리에스테르로 된 군에서 선택한 것인 다층복합형 FRP 방수시트.
