Claims (2)
- 하기로 구성된 전자 총 전극용으로 사용되는 합금 :15 내지 20 중량 % 의 Cr ; 9 내지 15 중량 % 의 Ni ; 0.12 중량 % 이하의 C ; 0.005 내지 1.0 중량 % 의 Si ; 0.005 내지 2.5 중량 % 의 Mn ; 0.03 중량 % 이하의 P ; 0.0003 내지 0.0100 중량 % 의 S ; 2.0 중량 % 이하의 Mo ; 0.001 내지 0.2 중량 % 의 Al ; 0.005 중량 % 이하의 O ; 0.1 중량 % 이하의 N ; 0.1 중량 % 이하의 Ti ; 0.1 중량 % 이하의 Nb ; 0.1 중량 % 이하의 V ; 0.1 중량 % 이하의 Zr ; 0.05 중량 % 이하의 Ca ; 0.02 중량 % 이하의 Mg ; 및 나머지 Fe 및 불가피적인 불순물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, JIS G0555 에 규정되어 있는 청정도 0.03 중량 % 이하를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 총 전극용으로 사용된 합금.
