Claims (4)
- 공정 폐기물로부터 나오는 악취 및 휘발성 유기 화합물(VOCs)이 포함된 폐가스를, 활성 슬러지 미생물이 부착된 다공성 세라믹 및 난분해성 고형 지지체를 충전시킨 바이오필터 장치에 통과시켜서 상기 미생물에 의해 흡수시킴으로써 제거하는 방법으로서,휘발성 유기화합물이 포함된 상기 악취 폐가스를, 활성 슬러지 미생물을 부착시킨 상기 고형 지지체가 충전된 바이오필터의 어느 한쪽으로부터 반대편 단부로 흡출시켜서(A 방향) 상기 바이오필터를 통과시키는 단계;상기 미생물의 증식 및 폐가스의 처리효율 정도에 따라, 상기 방향(A)의 폐가스 흐름을 중단시키고 상기 흡출 단부의 반대쪽 단부로부터 흡출을 실시하여 반대 방향(B)으로 상기 폐가스의 흐름이 이루어지도록 하는 단계;상기 폐가스의 A 방향 및 B 방향 흐름을 교대로 반복 실시하는 단계; 및상기 단계들을 실시하는 중에 상기 바이오필터 충전탑의 상부로부터 미생물의 영양물질을 보충해주고, 상기 충전탑 내의 pH 및 온도를 조절해주는 단계를 수행하여, 예정 주기에 따라 교대로 상기 악취 폐가스를 상기 필터에 통과시킴으로써 상기 미생물의 증식 및 폐가스의 처리효율을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 폐가스의 제거방법.
- 공정 폐기물로부터 나오는 휘발성 유기 화합물(VOCs)이 포함된 악취 폐가스가 유입관 및 유입구를 통해 흐를 수 있도록 설치된 송풍기(1); 활성 슬러지 미생물이 부착된 다공성 세라믹 및 난분해성 고형 지지체를 충전시킨 바이오필터 충전탑(7); 및 상기 미생물에 의해 악취 폐가스로부터 악취 물질이 제거된 정화 기체를 배출시키는 배기구로 이루어지는 악취 폐가스의 제거장치에 있어서,상기 송풍기(1)로부터 유입구를 통해 유입되는 악취 폐가스를 유입관을 통해 상기 바이오필터 충전탑의 상하 2개 단부중의 한 곳으로 이송시킬 수 있도록 제어하는 3-WAY 밸브(2)가 제공되어 상기 제거장치내의 충전탑에 충전된 바이오필터(7)의 양쪽 단부에 교대로 상기 폐가스를 공급하도록 되어 있고;상기 바이오필터 충전탑(7)의 상부 및 하부에는 솔레노이드 밸브에 의해 작동되는 공기배출구(3,4)가 형성되어, 상기 3-WAY 밸브(2)에 의해 폐가스의 흐름이 A 방향으로 이루어질 때 상기 공기배출구(4)가 작동되고 폐가스의 흐름이 B 방향으로 이루어질 때 상기 공기배출구(3)가 작동되어 상기 충전탑내의 공기 흐름이 상기 공기 배출구(3,4)중 하나의 흡출작용에 의해 쌍방향으로 교대로 이루어지며;상기 모든 구성부재들의 작동이 상기 충전탑 외부의 컨트롤 패널(22)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 폐가스의 제거장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 악취폐가스 제거장치내 충전탑(7)의 상부에 미생물의 영양물질을 공급하는 스프레이 노즐(16)이 설치되어, 미생물 담체에 부착된 미생물에 외부로부터 영양분을 공급할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 폐가스의 제거장치.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 장치내에 온도조절용 히터(8), 압력계(11), 순환펌프(14), 역세척수 유입밸브(15) 및 역세척수 배출용 밸브(5,6)가 설치되고, 상기 구성부들의 작동이 외부의 제어패널(22)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 폐가스의 제거장치.
