Claims (3)
- 한 개의 싸이리스터와 역병렬로 연결된 다이오드로 이루어지는 복수개의 싸이리스터 다이오드 스위치를 구동하는 장치에 있어서,소정 숫자의 상기 싸이리스터 다이오드 스위치마다 하나씩 마련된 하나 이상의 고압절연 펄스변압기를 구비하고,상기 하나 이상의 고압절연 펄스변압기의 1차 권선측끼리는 서로 직렬로 연결되어 있고, 상기 직렬연결된 1차 권선의 양단에는 제어펄스가 인가되도록 되어 있으며,상기 하나 이상의 고압절연 펄스변압기의 2차측마다에는 상기 소정숫자의 2차 권선이 감겨있고, 상기 2차 권선은 양단은 각각 싸이리스터 다이오드의 게이트와 애노드에 연결되어 있어서,상기 1차 권선의 양단에 인가된 제어펄스가 상기 고압절연 변압기를 거쳐 각각의 싸이리스터 다이오드의 게이트와 애노드 사이에 인가되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 싸이리스터 다이오드 스위치 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고압 절연 펄스 변압기는 라운드 코아(round core)형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 싸이리스터 다이오드 스위치 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고압 절연 펄스 변압기 2차 권선들은 각각의 양단의 출력 전압의 모양이 동일하게 되도록 4개의 권선을 한 개의 묶음으로 하여 코아의 원둘레를 따라 시작부분부터 마감부분까지 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 싸이리스터 다이오드 스위치 구동장치.
