Claims (5)
- 가) 화학식 2의 β-메르캅토발린 화합물에 알킬화제로 할로겐화 알킬을 사용하여 알킬화 반응시키고, 아실화제로 알킬 클로로포르메이트를 사용하여 아실화 반응시켜 알킬기 및 아실기가 도입된 화학식 3의 화합물을 얻는 단계 (제1단계); 나) 화학식 3의 화합물을 산화제와 반응시켜 화학식 1의 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물을 얻는 단계 (제2단계)로 이루어지는 화학식 1의 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물의 제조방법.[화학식 1]상기 식에서, R1은 C1-5인 저급 알킬기, 아릴알킬기 또는 C3-7시클로알킬기 등을 나타내며, R2는 C1-5인 저급 알킬기, 아릴알킬기, C3-6알케닐기, C3-7시클로알킬기 또는 아실옥시알킬기 등을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응의 알킬화제는 할로겐화 알킬 (R1X)이고, 아실화제는 알킬 클로로포르메이트 (R2OCOCl)이며, 반응용매는 염기성 수용액과 극성 유기용매의 혼합용매인 화학식 1의 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 반응의 산화제는 옥손(칼륨 퍼옥시모노설페이트), 과산화수소 및 m-클로로퍼벤조익 산이고, 반응용매는 메탄올, 에탄올등의 알코올 또는 아세토니트릴과 같은 극성 용매인 화학식 1의 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산화제는 옥손인 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물은 그의 염, 수화물 및 용매화물과 이들의 에피머, 디아스테레오 이성질체 및 토토머 이성질체를 포함하는 화학식 1의 N-알킬옥시카르보닐-β-알킬술포닐발린 화합물의 제조방법.
