Abstract

본 고안은 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물을 나타낸 것이고, 차량의 전방에 구비된 하우징과 상기 하우징에 결합된 전구및 리플렉터와 하우징을 덮는 렌즈커버로 구성된 헤드램프에 있어서, 하우징(11)내부에는 양단에 상향용 전구(15)와 하향용 전구(16)가 각각 구비된 회동바(14)와; 회동바(14)의 중앙부분보다 상향으로 일측이 직교되어 고정되며, 타측에 회전기어(18)가 구비된 회전축(17)과; 회전축(17)의 회전기어(18)와 연결되도록 구동기어(19)가 구비된 모터(20)로 구성되어 원거리및 근거리에 따라 상.하향 전구(15)(16)를 교체하며 전방진로를 밝혀줄 수 있도록 한 고안이다.

Description

차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물
본 고안은 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물을 나타낸 것이고, 특히 차량의 전방진로를 비추어주는 헤드램프로서 원거리및 근거리에 따라 상.하향 전구를 교체하며 전방을 비출수 있도록 한 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물(Head-Lamp Mounting Structure for Car)에 관한 것이다.
종래 차량에 사용되어진 헤드램프는 도 1 및 도 2 에 도시된 바와같이, 차량의 전방에 마련된 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징(1) 내부에 제공된 반사경(이하 리플렉터(3)라함)과, 상기 리플렉터(3)에 고정되며 근거리 원거리에 따른 상.하향용 필라멘트를 감싼 전구(4)와, 상기 하우징(1)의 전방에 결합되어 상기 리플렉터(3)와 전구(4)를 보호하는 렌즈커버(2)로 구성되어 운전자가 핸들의 일측에 구비되며 상기 필라멘트의 감광을 교체하도록 된 디머스위치를 상하 조작하여 차량의 전방진로를 밝혀주는 구조로 되어 있었다.
이러한 구조로된 종래의 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물은 운전자가 핸들의 일측에 구비된 디머스위치를 수동작에 의해 조작하므로 조작시 불편함이 있었고, 또한 근거리 원거리용 필라멘트가 하나의 전구내에 내장되어 있어 리플렉터의 반사각을 조정하기가 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로 차량의 주행중 운전자가 근거리 원거리에 따른 광원의 감광교체를 간단하게 조작할수 있으며, 전구에서 발산되는 광선을 리플렉터에서 효율적으로 반사하도록 하여 헤드램프의 근거리및 원거리 투사광에 따른 전방진로를 향상시키도록 한 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 차량의 전방에 구비된 하우징과 상기 하우징에 결합된 전구및 리플렉터와 상기 하우징을 덮는 렌즈커버로 구성된 헤드램프에 있어서, 상기 하우징내부에는 양단에 상향용 전구와 하향용 전구가 각각 구비된 회동바와; 상기 회동바의 중앙부분보다 상향으로 일측이 직교되어 고정되며, 타측에 회전기어가 구비된 회전축과; 상기 회전축의 회전기어와 연결되도록 구동기어가 구비된 모터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물은 모터를 구동시키면 모터에 구비된 구동기어와 상기 구동기어와 연결된 회전기어가 회전되며, 상기 회전기어에 의해 회전축과 상기 회전축에 구비된 회동바가 회전되어 상향용 전구와 하향용 전구의 위치를 교체하도록 된 구조로 되어있다.

도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1, 11 : 하우징, 2,12 : 렌즈커버, 3,13 : 리플렉터, 4 : 전구, 14 : 회동바, 15 : 상향용 전구, 16 : 하향용 전구, 17 : 회전축, 18 : 회전기어, 19 : 구동기어, 20 : 모터
상기와 같은 구조로된 본 고안에 따른 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 3 은 본 고안에 따른 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물을 나타낸 사용상태 단면도이다.
도 3 에 도시된 바와같이, 차량의 전방에는 앞쪽이 개방된 하우징(11)과, 상기 하우징(11)의 내측벽에 콘트롤 박스(미도시)와 구동기어(19)가 연결된 모터(20)와, 광선을 반사시키도록 된 리플렉터(13)가 구비되어 있다. 그리고 상기 하우징(11)의 중앙부분에는 양단에 상향용 전구(15)와 하향용 전구(16)가 각각 구비된 회동바(14)와, 상기 회동바(14)의 일측 즉, 상기 회동바(14)의 중간부분보다 약간 상향의 위치에 상기 회동바(14)와 서로 직교되도록 일측이 고정된 회전축(17)과, 상기 회전축(17)의 타측에 형성된 회전기어(18)로 구성되어 있다. 여기서 상기 회전축(17)의 회전기어(18)는 상기 모터(20)의 구동기어(19)와 연결된 구조로 되어있다. 한편 상기 하우징(11)의 개방부로 상기 상.하향용 전구(15)(16)와 상기 리플렉터(13)를 보호하도록 렌즈커버(12)가 결합된 구조로 되어있고 또한, 상기 회동바(14)의 상.하향용 전구(15)(16)는 상기 모터(20)의 회전에 따라 상기 리플렉터(13)의 중앙으로 서로 교차하며 회전되도록 된 구조로 되어있다.
이하 본 고안에 따른 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물의 일 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 통하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 3 에 도시된 바와같이, 차량의 주행중 운전자가 주행상황에 따라 헤드램프의 상하향을 조절할 경우, 먼저 차량의 핸들에 구비된 스위치(미도시)를 작동시킨다. 그러면 상기 스위치에의해 전원을 인가받은 모터(20)는 상기 구동기어(19)를 회전시키고, 회전되는 상기 구동기어(19)는 서로 연결된 회전기어(18)를 회전시킨다. 연속해서 상기 회전기어(18)의 회전에 의해 회전축(17)이 회전되고, 회전되는 상기 회전축(17)은 상기 회전축(17)과 직교되어 고정되며, 양단에 상하향용 전구(15)(16)가 각각 구비된 회동바(14)를 회전시키게 되는 것이다.
따라서 회전되는 상.하향 전구(15)(16)중 하나의 전구가 상기 리플렉터(13)의 중앙에 위치되어 차량의 전방진로를 밝혀주는 것이다.
이러한 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물은 스위치 누름으로서 간단하게 조작할수 있고, 또한 상향및 하향용 전구가 별도로 구비되어 리플렉터의 반사각을 향상시키는 장점이 있다.

  1. 차량의 전방에 구비된 하우징과 상기 하우징에 결합된 전구및 리플렉터와 상기 하우징을 덮는 렌즈커버로 구성된 헤드램프에 있어서, 상기 하우징내부에는 양단에 상향용 전구와 하향용 전구가 각각 구비된 회동바와; 상기 회동바의 중앙부분보다 상향으로 일측이 직교되어 고정되며, 타측에 회전기어가 구비된 회전축과; 상기 회전축의 회전기어와 연결되도록 구동기어가 구비된 모터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프 장착 구조물.
