Claims (7)
- 전압원 양단에 병렬 콘덴서 및 병렬 다이오드가 각각 접속된 스위칭용 상하부 트랜지스터가 직렬접속되며, 상기 상하부 트랜지스터 상호접속점과 전압원의 양 또는 음극간의 직렬공진회로가 접속되어 상기 트랜지스터를 교번스위칭하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로에 있어서, 상기 상하부 트랜지스터의 에미터 컬렉터간의 전압을 검출하기 위한 상하부 레벨감지부와, 상기 상하부 레벨감지부의 출력을 소정의 제1기준 전압과 비교하는 상하부 비교부와, 상기 비교부의 출력단에 접속되며 외부의 전원이나 조작에 의해 조절되는 펄스폭을 출력하는 상하부 온 펄스 발생부와, 상기 온 펄스 발생부의 출력으로부터 상기 상하부 트랜지스터를 구동하기 위해 필요한 구동신호를 발생하는 상하부 구동부가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상하부 온 펄스 발생부는 제2기준전압을 설정하기 위한 저항 및 제너다이오드와, 충전통로를 제공하는 콘덴서 및 가변저항과, 상기 콘덴서 충전전압의 방전통로를 제공하는 다이오드 및 저항과, 상기 콘덴서 및 가변저항에 의해 결정되는 충전전압이 상기 제2기준전압에 도달할 때까지 하이출력을 내보내는 비교기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상하부 구동부는 상기 상하부 온 펄스 발생부의 출력에 따라 턴온/턴오프되어 상기 상하부 트랜지스터를 구동하는 상보형 트랜지스터로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상하부 비교부와 상하부 온 펄스 발생부 사이에 소정시간 신호전달을 지연하는 검출신호 지연부를 각각 구비함을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 검출신호 지연부는 충전통로를 제공하기 위한 저항 및 콘덴서와, 상기 충전통로에 의해 제공되는 충전전압이 설정된 제3기준전압에 도달할 때까지 하이출력을 내보내는 비교기를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 비교부의 출력단에 광절연 신호 전달부를 구비하여 상하부 온 펄스 발생부를 공용화할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광절연신호 전달부는 상기 상부 비교부의 출력에 따라 도통되는 포토 커플러와, 상기 포토 커플러의 도통에 따라 스위칭되는 트랜지스터를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하프 브리지형 인버터 제어회로.
