b)前記層は有機ポリマーを含み、前記有機ポリマーはパーフルオロアルキル又はパーフルオロアルキレン基を含まない。
c)前記表面に質量4mgのオレイン酸の液滴を滴下して測定した接触角が15度以上である。
ただし、前記有機ポリマーは、一端が前記層とは別に前記膜に含まれる下地層又は前記基材に固定され、他端が前記表面に露出している。
