Abstract
【解決手段】止血器具10は、肢体Wに巻き付けるための帯体20と、帯体を肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段30と、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部40と、気体を収容可能な収容空間70aを備え、収容空間に収容された気体を拡張部に注入可能な注入部70と、拡張部と注入部とを連通する流通経路80と、を有しており、流通経路は、拡張部からの気体の流出を防止する逆流防止機構82を備え、注入部は、帯体上に配置されており、帯体の注入部が配置されている領域への垂線X1と交差する方向a2に注入部を貫通し、かつ、収容空間と連通している孔部70b、70cを備える。

Claims (5)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
気体を注入することにより拡張し、前記止血すべき部位を圧迫する拡張部と、
気体を収容可能な収容空間を備え、前記収容空間に収容された気体を前記拡張部に注入可能な注入部と、
前記拡張部と前記注入部とを連通する流通経路と、を有しており、
前記流通経路は、前記拡張部から前記注入部への気体の流出を防止する逆流防止機構を備え、
前記注入部は、
前記帯体上に配置されており、
前記帯体の前記注入部が配置されている領域への垂線と交差する方向に前記注入部を貫通し、かつ、前記収容空間と連通している孔部を備える、止血器具。 - 前記帯体は、前記拡張部側の第1面と、前記第1面に対向する第2面と、を備え、前記注入部は、前記第2面に配置されている、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
- 前記帯体は、支持板を備え、前記注入部は、前記帯体の前記支持板が位置する領域に配置されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記流通経路は、前記拡張部と前記注入部とを連通する管状部材を備え、
前記管状部材の一方の端部は、前記拡張部内に位置しており、
前記逆流防止機構は、前記拡張部内に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記注入部は、前記帯体の前記第2面側に配置されている底面部と、前記底面部から前記帯体が設けられていない側に向かって立ち上がる縦壁部と、前記縦壁部に連なる上面部と、を備え、
