Conventionally, various health promotion devices have been proposed in which a neckband, a wristband of a watch, or the like is formed of a carbon material to promote health promotion by radiating the far infrared rays of the carbon material to the human body (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
This type of health promotion device aims to improve the blood flow by radiating and heating far infrared rays emitted from carbon materials to the deep part of the body. An isotropic high-density carbon material is also known as a high carbon material.
However, even if such a health promotion device is used, it is not possible to quantitatively confirm how effective the person wearing the device is, and the biological information measured quantitatively is constant. The period was measured and memorized and could not be used for diagnosis.
In addition, when such a carbon material is applied to a wristwatch, it can be assumed that the wristband that touches the skin is made of a carbon material, but since the wristwatch is always worn during the day, it is light and worn. Since this CC composite has excellent characteristics such as light weight and high strength as compared with carbon fiber reinforced plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic, the thickness of the
In addition, CC composites have high thermal conductivity, so they are suitable for transmitting the body temperature of the human body and have good biocompatibility. High thermal conductivity graphite has higher thermal conductivity.
The isotropic high-density carbon material is produced as follows. First, about 5% by weight of a binder such as a phenol-based adhesive, pitch, or tar is added to a carbonaceous particulate carbon material such as graphite or bamboo charcoal, and filled into an elastic mold (for example, a rubber mold). Then, the mold is sealed, immersed in a pressure vessel, and pressurized with water as a pressure medium. By doing so, the carbon material is pressurized isotropically from all directions, so that a lump is randomly oriented and isotropic (anisotropy ratio 1.0 to 1.1). Thereafter, the lump of carbon material taken out from the mold is heated in a state in which oxygen is depleted, and finally fired at about 2000 to 3000 ° C. During the firing, the phenol component, pitch, or tar volatilizes at about 1200 ° C. during the temperature rise, so that the carbon material is crystallized (graphitized), and has a high-density crystal structure.
These carbon materials, especially isotropic high-density carbon materials and ultra-high heat conductive graphite, have high thermal conductivity as described above, and emit a large amount of far infrared rays by energy absorbed in the form of external heat or light. It is a material. In addition, these carbon materials are not corroded and are the same as organic constituents that form the human body. Therefore, they have good biocompatibility, high safety to the human body, and no worry about metal allergies.
The human body is 60% of the body composition, 25% is carbon, and always emits 10-micron far-infrared rays at an average body temperature of 36.5 ° C. When touched by ultra high thermal conductivity graphite, the human body absorbs far infrared rays and is heated. In other words, isotropic high-density carbon material and ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite and far infrared rays of the same wavelength are radiated between humans and the carbon material maintains about 36.5 ° C, while water molecules in the body Violently collides, and this vibration becomes kinetic energy, which is converted into heat and warms the body.
As a result, far-infrared rays act on subcutaneous tissues and blood vessels to improve blood flow, but according to the present inventors, it has been confirmed that there is a 15% increase effect on peripheral blood flow and central blood flow. . Moreover, these carbon materials generate | occur | produce an alpha wave and heal a body and contribute to health promotion.
Since the
In order to enhance the far-infrared effect, it is desirable to provide an isotropic high-density carbon material or ultrahigh heat conductive graphite on the entire inner surface of the
The
The
Further, as the
Further, the attachment site of the
Further, the
The
Next, the basic internal configuration of the
The

The
