Claims (7)
- カテーテルシャフトは互いにスライド可能な内筒と外筒とで構成され、
前記内筒の先端と前記外筒の先端との間には、収縮拡張可能な弾性バルーンが設置され、
前記バルーンの前方ネックは前記内筒に被さり、前記バルーン内の陽圧時には間隙は開き、陰圧時には相接して閉じる逆止弁を形成し、
前記バルーン内には高周波通電用電極が設置され、
前記高周波通電用電極は、前記カテーテルシャフト内の通電線にて高周波発生器に接続され、
前記外筒と前記内筒により形成され前記バルーン内部に連絡する送液路には、冷却液を送る液流ポンプが接続される構成としたことを特徴とする高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。 - 前記内筒の先端部を縮小して細径部とすることで、前記内筒と前記外筒とのスライドにより、前記前方ネックと前記内筒との間隙の大きさを調整可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記内筒の先端部を拡張して拡径部とすることで、前記内筒と前記外筒とのスライドにより、前記内筒と前記前方ネックとの間隙の大きさを調整可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記内筒の先端部に小孔を開けることで、前記内筒と前記外筒とのスライドにより、前記内筒の先端部の小孔と前記前方ネックとの重なり具合を変えて、前記バルーン内からの冷却液の放出量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記前方ネックにスリットを入れるか、小孔を開けることで、前記バルーン前方ネック部と内筒の間隙は、前記バルーン内が陽圧の時には容易に開いて外部と連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記バルーン内には温度センサーや圧力センサーが設置され、通電線により温度測定器や圧力測定器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記バルーンの前後の前記カテーテルシャフト上には電極が設置され、通電線を介してインピーダンス測定器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
