Claims (6)
- 陽極箔と陰極箔との間にセパレータを介在させて巻回したコンデンサ素子を用いるコンデンサであって、
前記セパレータが、前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔の間の絶縁機能の低い低絶縁部を備え、
前記低絶縁部は、前記コンデンサ素子の高さ方向の中央部の90%の範囲、かつ前記コンデンサ素子の中心から直径方向に5〜90%の範囲に備えることを特徴とするコンデンサ。 - 前記セパレータは、
箔長方向に沿って、前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔との間を絶縁する第1のセパレータと、
前記低絶縁部を備える第2のセパレータと、
箔長方向に沿って前記第1のセパレータと前記第2のセパレータとを連続的に配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンデンサ。 - 密度または坪量の低い前記セパレータにより前記低絶縁部の前記絶縁機能が低いことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記セパレータは、エンボス加工部、フルーティング加工部又は切除加工部が形成された前記低絶縁部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3に記載のコンデンサ。
- 陽極箔を形成する工程と、
陰極箔を形成する工程と、
前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔の間の絶縁機能の低い低絶縁部をセパレータに形成する工程と、
前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔とを前記セパレータを介在させて重ね、巻回によりコンデンサ素子を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記低絶縁部は、前記コンデンサ素子の高さ方向の中央部の90%の範囲、かつ前記コンデンサ素子の中心から直径方向に5〜90%の範囲に備えられることを特徴とするコンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔との間を絶縁する第1のセパレータと、前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔の間の絶縁機能の低い低絶縁部を備える第2のセパレータとを形成し、
箔長方向に沿って前記第1のセパレータと前記第2のセパレータとを連続的に配置させる処理を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコンデンサの製造方法。
