Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の思想を適用可能な油圧ショベルの構成について説明する。
本実施の形態の油圧ショベル1は、図4,7に示すように、作業機4に作動油を供給するメインバルブ57と、エンジン7からの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置14と、メインバルブ57の前方に配置され、排気処理装置14に供給される還元剤90を蓄える還元剤タンク20と、還元剤タンク20とメインバルブ57との間に配置された仕切板80とを備えている。
Claims (8)
- 作業機と、
エンジンと、
前記作業機に作動油を供給するメインバルブと、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置と、
前記メインバルブの前方に配置され、前記排気処理装置に供給される還元剤を蓄える還元剤タンクと、
前記還元剤タンクと前記メインバルブとの間に配置された仕切板とを備える、油圧ショベル。 - 前記仕切板は、前記還元剤タンクを収容するタンクルームと前記メインバルブを収容するバルブルームとを仕切る、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記タンクルームを規定する壁部のうち、前記仕切板のみが、前記メインバルブと前記還元剤タンクとの間に介在する、請求項2に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記還元剤タンクは、前記タンクルーム内の前方の、平面視における前記タンクルームの角部に配置されている、請求項2または3に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記タンクルームを規定する壁部のうち、前方および側方の少なくともいずれか一方の前記壁部に、前記タンクルームの内外を連通する連通孔が形成されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 車体の側面の一部を構成する開閉可能な外装カバーをさらに備え、
前記外装カバーは、閉じた状態で、前記タンクルームの側方の壁部を構成し、
前記外装カバーを開放することにより、前記還元剤タンクおよび前記メインバルブにアクセス可能である、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記タンクルームの天井面は、前記バルブルームの天井面よりも低く、
前記タンクルームの天井面の後縁と前記バルブルームの天井面の前縁とを連結して上下方向に延びる連結板をさらに備え、
前記仕切板は、前記連結板に向かって延びている、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記還元剤を移送するポンプを含むポンプモジュールと、
前記ポンプモジュールを支持する支持柱とをさらに備え、
前記仕切板は、前記支持柱に固定されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。
