Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを収容するケースと、を備える電池モジュールであって、
前記ケースは、前記電池モジュールの外面を形成する壁部に設けられる複数の貫通孔であって、前記複数の電池セルの少なくとも1つの電池セルから噴出されたガスが分散して排気される複数の貫通孔を含む、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記壁部の前記電池セル側に設けられ、前記貫通孔を通じて外部空間と連通し、前記少なくとも1つの電池セルから噴出したガスが拡散されるガス拡散室を備える、電池モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記ケース内に正極側を一方側に、負極側を他方側に揃えて配置され、
前記ガス拡散室は前記電池セルと前記貫通孔との間に設けられる、電池モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記ガス拡散室に前記複数の電池セルと前記複数の貫通孔との間に設けられ、前記ガス拡散室を電池セル側空間と貫通孔側空間とに仕切るガス遮断板を備え、
前記電池セル側空間と前記貫通孔側空間とは前記ガス遮断板の外周付近で連通する、電池モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記電池セルの下端部が支持され、前記電池セルの下端と対向する部分に下側開口が形成される下側ホルダを備え、
前記壁部は、前記ケースの下端に設けられ、
前記下側ホルダにおいて、前記下側開口の周縁部は、前記電池セルの下端の外周縁部に当接する、電池モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記電池セルの下端部が支持され、前記電池セルの下端と対向する部分に下側開口が形成される下側ホルダを備え、
前記壁部は、前記ケースの下端に設けられ、
前記電池セルの下端部を上下方向に見た場合の投影面積に対して、前記下側ホルダと前記電池セルの下端部とが上下方向に重畳する部分の面積の比率が10〜35%である、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の貫通孔は、複数の微細孔またはスリットである、電池モジュール。
