Claims (7)
- 長尺状の処理材を導入させる入口シール部と、燃焼部における燃焼により処理材を間接加熱させる加熱帯と、加熱された処理材を冷却する冷却帯と、冷却された処理材を導出させる出口シール部とを備え、上記の入口シール部を通して導入された処理材を、水素ガスを含む雰囲気ガス中で上記の加熱帯から冷却帯に連続して搬送させて焼鈍させ、焼鈍された処理材を上記の出口シール部を通して導出させる連続焼鈍炉において、この連続焼鈍炉内に上記の雰囲気ガスを供給する雰囲気ガス供給装置と、連続焼鈍炉内における過剰の雰囲気ガスを上記の加熱帯の燃焼部に導く案内路と、この案内路を通して過剰の雰囲気ガスが加熱帯の燃焼部に導かれるのを制御する雰囲気ガス制御装置とを設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の加熱帯は、処理材を通過させる内管の外周側に外管が設けられ、上記の内管と外管との間の燃焼部において燃焼を行うことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項2に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の外管に燃焼装置が設けられていることを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の案内路は、上記の冷却帯から過剰の雰囲気ガスを加熱帯の燃焼部に導くことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の雰囲気ガス制御装置は、上記の燃焼部の温度が水素ガスの着火温度以上である場合に過剰の雰囲気ガスを燃焼部に導くことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、雰囲気ガスを精製するガス精製装置と、上記の案内路を通して導かれる過剰の雰囲気ガスを上記のガス精製装置に導く精製用案内路と、上記のガス精製装置によって精製された雰囲気ガスを上記の雰囲気ガス供給装置に戻す戻し経路とが設けられていることを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項6に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の雰囲気ガス制御装置は、上記の燃焼部の温度が水素ガスの着火温度未満である場合に過剰の雰囲気ガスを上記のガス精製装置に導くことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
