Description

The present invention relates to an applicator that also serves as a wiper, for example, when a liquid agent such as a functional solution is applied to glass or a building material, or a film is applied.

Conventionally, for example, when a coating solution such as a water repellent or a hydrophilic agent is uniformly applied to glass or to wipe off water or dirt, for example, a coating solution such as a water repellent or a hydrophilic agent is further applied to the glass. As shown in FIG. 8, as an applicator used for application, etc., it has a gripping portion 2 and a thin plate-like spatula portion 3 made of a hard material supported by the tip of the gripping portion 2, The spatula portion 3 is composed of a substrate portion 31 fixed to the grip portion 2 and a spatula portion main body 32 disposed at a predetermined angle on the substrate portion 31, and the spatula portion main body 32 is attached to the substrate portion 31. On the other hand, the inventor has developed a wiper / applicator 1 that is supported by being biased by a spring 4 that can be rotated by a predetermined angle in a direction in which the predetermined angle is reduced and can be returned to the original predetermined angle ( International Publication Number WO2004 / 1 05962).
As shown in FIG. 9, the conventional wiper-use applicator 1 is applied as it is or with a cloth-like application member or wiping material 5 impregnated with an application agent on the entire outer periphery of the spatula 3. When moving along the surface of the member 6 and performing a coating operation, the spatula body 32 in the spatula 3 can be rotated by a predetermined angle in a direction in which the predetermined angle is reduced with respect to the substrate 31 and the original predetermined angle Since it is urged | biased by the spring 4 which can return to a position, the spatula part main body 32 will have elasticity with respect to the holding part 2, and the to-be-coated member 6 is exhibiting a curved surface like an automobile glass, for example. However, it is easy to follow the shape of the surface, and by using the spring 4 having a predetermined biasing force, the spatula portion main body 32 can be strongly adhered to the portion to be coated 6 by being strongly pressed against the member 6 to be coated. Do It can be a solution or paint thinner to and uniformly coated without.
However, the conventional wiper-use applicator 1 is normally urged so that the spatula portion main body 32 can be rotated by a predetermined angle in a direction in which the predetermined angle with respect to the substrate portion 31 is reduced and can be returned to the original predetermined angular position. Therefore, in order to use the biasing force of the spring 4, the state in which the substrate portion 31 is inclined toward the spatula portion main body 32 side while the grip portion 2 is gripped is maintained. The tool 1 naturally becomes easy to move upward as shown in FIG.
Therefore, the movement direction is limited to one direction. For example, in order to change the movement direction in order to avoid working in an unnatural system, it is necessary to stop the operation once, change the posture, and then perform again. Since continuous work is difficult and the work is troublesome, there is a problem that it is difficult to achieve a beautiful finish because the work surface is not continuous.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and has a gripping portion and a thin plate-like spatula portion made of a hard material supported by a tip portion of the gripping portion, and the spatula portion is A spatula body that is pivoted between the base plate and the spatula body, and comprises a base part that is fixed to the gripping part and a spatula body that is rotatably supported by the base part at a predetermined angle. When the spring member for urging the spring to return to the original predetermined angular position is individually provided for each rotation direction and one of the spring members is acting, the other spring member is free. It is arranged to be in a state.
Also, one spring member for biasing the spatula main body rotated between the base plate and the spatula main body so as to return to the original predetermined angular position pivots the base plate and the spatula main body. In the case of a pair of torsion springs that are disposed opposite to each other on the connecting shaft for supporting, the spatula body rotated between the base plate part and the spatula body returns to the original predetermined angular position. One spring member for biasing is a torsion spring in which the base plate portion and the spatula portion main body are interposed on the connecting shaft, and the other spring member fixes one free end to the spatula portion main body. And the other free end is inserted into the insertion groove formed in the base plate portion, and the base end portion is an end face-shaped pinching spring arranged to face the base plate portion. A cloth-like application member or wiping material impregnated with an application agent More preferred in the case of detachably mounted configurations.
Also, one spring member for biasing the spatula main body rotated between the base plate and the spatula main body so as to return to the original predetermined angular position pivots the base plate and the spatula main body. In the case of a pair of torsion springs interposed between the connecting shafts to support each other, or the spatula body rotated between the base plate part and the spatula body to the original predetermined angular position One spring member for energizing so as to be able to return is a torsion spring in which the base plate portion and the spatula portion main body are interposed on the connecting shaft, and the other spring member has one free end on the spatula portion main body. In the case of a pin-shaped pinching spring having an end face that is fixed and has the other free end penetrated through a fitting groove formed in the substrate portion and the base end portion is disposed to face the substrate portion, the substrate When the part and the spatula part body are at a predetermined angular position, they are arranged on both sides The biasing force of the displaced spring member does not act on the base plate portion at a predetermined angular position. Therefore, only the biasing force of the spring member on the side to be tilted acts on the base plate portion during use, and acts on the opposite side. Since the biasing force of the spring member on the side inclined to the other side does not act, it is easy to use and the operation is reliable.
In addition, by adopting a configuration in which a cloth-like application member or wiping material impregnated with an application agent is detachably attached to the outer periphery of the spatula portion, the main body is attached to a plurality of application members according to the purpose of use. In addition, it can be easily cleaned by removing the application member, and when it is damaged, only the application member can be discarded and the main body can be used continuously, which is economical.

The details of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a preferred embodiment of the present invention. An applicator 1 also used as a wiper includes a gripping part 2 on a column and a metal supported by the tip part of the gripping part 2. Or a thin synthetic resin material, preferably a thin plate-like spatula portion 3 made of an impervious material that does not impregnate or dissolve water or a functional solution as a coating agent. Is composed of a substantially fan-shaped substrate portion 31 fixed to the grip portion 2 and a substantially elongated rectangular spatula body 32 disposed at a predetermined angle on the substrate portion 31.
More specifically, the distal end portion 21 of the grip portion 2 is clamped and fixed to the base end portion 311 of the substrate portion 31, and the support plate 31 a provided at the distal end of the substrate portion 31 and the surface of the spatula portion main body 32 are respectively provided. The substrate portion 31 is rotatably supported with respect to the spatula portion main body 32 by a support shaft 33 supported by a plurality of standing bearings 314 and 324.
Further, a plurality of spring members 41 and 42 formed by torsion springs having a predetermined angle are interposed on the support shaft 33, and the spring member 41 places the base plate portion 31 in the center of FIG. The urging force of the spring member 41 acts on the base plate portion 31 when it is tilted in the direction A shown in FIG. 2 and acts in a direction to return the base plate portion 31 to its original position. When tilted in the direction B shown in FIG. 2 rather than the position, the urging force of the spring member 41 acts on the base plate portion 31 to act to return the base plate portion 31 to the original position.
In particular, when the base plate portion 31 is tilted in the A direction, the spring members 42 arranged to face each other are in a free state, and when the base plate portion 31 is tilted in the B direction, the spring members 41 arranged to face each other. The opening angle of the spring members 41 and 42 is set so that is in a free state.
In addition, fastener portions 71 and 72 are provided on the surface of the substrate portion 31 of the spatula portion 3. For example, felt, pile (including towel cloth) ground, non-woven fabric, microfiber, resin foam, paper, etc. are flexible. In addition, depending on the application, a cloth-like application member 5 made of a material that can be impregnated with a certain amount of the application agent is engaged with the fastener portions 71 and 72 and can be easily attached and detached by hand. .
The present embodiment configured as described above is suitable for the hardness and area of the member to be coated 6 and the type and use of the coating solution such as a coating solution such as a water repellent or anti-fogging agent. When the application member 7 having a thickness and the like is selected and attached to the fastener portions 71 and 72 of the spatula portion 3 and the functional solution is applied to the application member, the holding member 24 is held to the application member 5. The application is performed by impregnating the solution and moving the applicator 1 along the surface of the member 6 to be applied such as automobile glass.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the base plate portion 31 and the spatula portion main body 32 are held at a predetermined angular position (neutral position) by the spring member 41 and the spring member 42 which are sandwiched springs, For example, the gripper 2 is rotated downward as shown in FIG. 3A and pressed by the urging force of the spring member 41 as shown in FIG. The application work is performed by pressing the member 6 forward from the position where the member 6 is in contact with the urging force of the spring member 41 upward or downward as shown in FIG. 3 (a).
At this time, since the support angle of the other spring member 42 exceeds the opening angle on the spatula body 32, only the urging force of the spring member 41 made of a torsion spring is applied without any urging force being applied. Since elasticity is imparted, even if the member 6 to be coated has a curved surface, such as automobile glass, it is easy to follow the shape of the surface, and the solution can be applied uniformly without overcoating.
When the work is performed by moving it upward as shown in FIG. 3 (a), when one operation is finished and the applicator 1 is separated from the member 6 to be applied, FIG. 3 (c) As shown in the figure, the gripping part 2 is further moved in the direction of continuing to push the coated member 6 side, and the outer edge is covered while releasing the urging force of the spring member 41 composed of the torsion spring acting on the spatula body 32. When the spatula body 32 is rotated inward while being in contact with the coating member, the spatula portion main body 32 is rotated inward, and finally the outer edge is separated in the state of being in contact with the coated member 6, thereby causing unevenness. The applicator 1 can be released without any problem.
Further, when the work is performed by moving it downward as shown in FIG. 3 (a), when one operation is finished and the applicator 1 is separated from the member 6 to be applied, FIG. As shown in the figure, the gripping part 2 is further moved in the direction opposite to the direction in which the gripping part 2 continues to be pressed, and the outer end is released while releasing the urging force of the spring member 42 consisting of the torsion spring acting on the spatula part main body 32. The edge is brought into contact with the member to be coated, moved downward, and released, so that the spatula main body 32 rotates inward while the outer edge is finally released in a state of being in contact with the member to be coated. The applicator 1 can be released without causing any problems.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the grip 2 is tilted downward and moved upward (or downward), while the state shown in FIG. After passing through the state shown in FIG. 3 (a), the gripper 2 can be rotated during the position operation in a state where the grip portion 2 is inclined upward as shown in FIG. 3 (c), and continuously over a long distance. It is very convenient because you can work.
Thus, this embodiment differs from the conventional coating tool shown in FIG. 8 in that it can be applied in either the front or rear direction regardless of the direction of application, and in any direction. Even when the coating is applied, the spatula portion main body 32 has a desired elasticity and abuts against the member to be coated 6 by a predetermined urging force, so that the coating can be made thin and uniform.
In the present embodiment, the case where the coating member 5 is mounted and the coated member 6 is applied is shown. However, when the wiping material is used instead of the coating member 7, the coating member 5 or the wiping is used. Needless to say, the spatula body 32 can be used for application, wiping, film sticking, or the like, without using any material.
FIGS. 4 to 6 show different embodiments of the present invention. The overall configuration is substantially the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and the wiper and applicator 1 includes a gripping portion 2 on a cylinder, A thin plate-like spatula portion made of a metal or a hard synthetic resin material supported by the tip of the gripping portion 2, preferably an impervious material that does not impregnate or dissolve water or a functional solution as a coating agent. 3 and a substantially fan-shaped substrate portion 31 to which the spatula portion 3 is fixed to the grip portion 2, and a substantially elongated rectangular-shaped spatula body disposed at a predetermined angle on the substrate portion 31. 32.
More specifically, the distal end portion 21 of the grip portion 2 is sandwiched and fixed to the base end portion 311 of the substrate portion 31, and the distal end portion 312 of the substrate portion 31 is connected to the back surface 313 of the substrate portion 31 and the surface of the spatula body 32. The substrate portion 31 is rotatably supported with respect to the spatula portion main body 32 by support shafts 33 supported by bearings 324, 324, 324, and 314, 314 respectively disposed at 321.
The support shaft 33 is provided with spring members 41, 41, 41 formed by torsion springs having a predetermined angle, so that the base plate portion 31 is narrower than the predetermined position, that is, the predetermined position. When tilted in the direction, the urging force of the spring members 41, 41, 41 acts on the substrate portion 31 to return the substrate portion 31 to its original position. In particular, each screw member 41 has such an angle that an urging force is generated when the urging force is not applied at a predetermined angle formed by the base plate portion 31 and the spatula portion main body 32 and is narrowed beyond the predetermined angle. Select it.
On the other hand, between the base plate portion 31 and the spatula portion main body 32, one free end 421 is fixed to the spatula portion main body 32, and the other free end 422 is formed in the base plate portion 31. , 315, and spring members 42, 42 formed of end face-shaped pinching springs arranged so that the base end portions 423, 423 are opposed to the substrate portion 31.
The spring member 42 made of a pinch spring normally holds the base plate portion 31 at a predetermined angular position with respect to the spatula portion main body 32 by allowing the free end 422 to pass through fitting grooves 315 and 315 formed in the base plate portion 31. When the substrate part 31 is tilted in a direction wider than a predetermined angular position, the urging force acts on the substrate part 31 to return the substrate part 31 to the original position.
In addition, fastener portions 71 and 72 are provided on the surface 316 of the substrate portion 31 of the spatula portion 3 and the surface 321 of the spatula portion main body 32. For example, felt, pile (including towel cloth) ground, nonwoven fabric, microfiber, A cloth-like application member 5 made of a material such as resin foam, paper, etc., which has flexibility and can be impregnated with a certain amount of application agent depending on the application, is engaged with the fastener portions 71, 72 and easily by hand. It can be attached detachably.
The present embodiment configured as described above can be used in substantially the same manner as the previous embodiment. As shown in FIG. 7A, the base plate portion 31 and the spatula portion main body 32 are sandwiched from the pinching spring. When the spatula portion main body 32 is applied from the position where the member to be applied 6 abuts toward the distal direction (upward as shown in FIG. 7A), the spring member 42 is held at a predetermined angle position. The application operation is performed by pressing the grip portion 2 in a direction in which the angle formed by the substrate portion 31 and the spatula portion main body 32 is narrowed to move the applicator 1 forward or backward.
At this time, since the biasing force of the spring member 41 made of a scissor spring does not act on the spatula body 32 and only the biasing force of the spring member 41 made of a torsion spring acts on the spatula body 32, the desired elasticity is given. Even if the member 6 has a curved surface such as automobile glass, for example, it can easily follow the shape of the surface, and the solution can be applied without overcoating.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), one operation is completed, and the gripping part 2 is moved further in the direction of pressing against the coated member 6 side, and consists of a torsion spring acting on the spatula part main body 32. While releasing the biasing force of the spring member 41, the outer edge is moved downward while being in contact with the member to be coated, so that the spatula body 32 rotates inward while the outer edge is finally covered. The applicator 1 can be released without causing unevenness by separating the applicator member 6 in contact.
When applying the spatula body 32 toward the rear end direction (downward as shown in FIG. 7 (a)) from the position where the spatula body 32 is in contact with the member 6 to be applied, the grip 2 is placed on the substrate 31 and the spatula body. The application operation is performed by rotating the applicator 1 in the direction in which the angle formed with the angle 32 becomes wider and moving the applicator 1 downward as shown in FIG. 7C, for example.
At this time, only the urging force of the pinching spring 42 acts on the spatula portion main body 32, and the urging force of the spring member 41 made of a torsion spring does not act on the spatula portion main body 32. Even if the application direction changes, it can be applied using suitable elasticity in the same way as when applied forward, so that one urging force is applied to the other spring as in a conventionally known two-way spring. It is not added in the reverse direction and is very easy to operate.
Then, after one operation is finished, the gripping part 24 is moved further in the direction of pressing against the coated member 8 side, and the outer side while releasing the urging force of the spring member 42 composed of the pinching spring acting on the spatula part main body 32. By moving the end edge downward while bringing the end edge into contact with the member to be coated, the spatula main body 32 rotates inward, and finally the outer edge is released in a state of being in contact with the member to be coated 6. Thus, the applicator 1 can be released without causing unevenness.
As described above, this embodiment is different from the conventional coating tool shown in FIG.

The wiper combined applicator according to the present invention can perform coating and wiping using elasticity regardless of the application direction, so that a liquid agent such as a functional solution is applied to a glass or a building material, or a film is attached. It can be used as an applicator that also serves as a wiper.
