Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a mild taste and accelerate the recovery from hangover by incorporating an extracted component mainly composed of organic substance obtained by extraction from humus in water for refreshing drink. CONSTITUTION:Water is dropped from a water storage container 1 into a humus layer 4 in a funnel 3 through a water regulating cock 2 by which organic substances contained in humus (polyhydric phenol group aromatic carbon compound, amine acid, polysaccharide group and others) are extracted with water. Then, liquid oozed out of the lower end of the humus layer 4 is put in a holding container 6 through, for example, a filter 5 of 8 micron. Refreshing drink thus prepared has a mild taste and accelerates the recovery from hangover. Further, humic acid extracted from the humus can be expected to actuate cells and contribute to the promotion of health.
