Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely execute tracing exchange even when a service area border is moved at a high speed judging that a mobile station approaches the service area border when the mobile station measures a reception input electric field at all times, and the value is a reference value or below to stop automatically a DTX function thereby sending a signal at all times. CONSTITUTION:A received electric field value of a mobile station 24 reaches an input electric field 43 being a reference value at a point 31 when radio base stations 21, 22 always send a signal, the mobile station 24 executes the DTX function till a point 32 and stops the DTX function from the point 32. A radio base station 21 judges that the mobile station passes by a point 33 on the area border 27 and a line control station 23 switches a channel to the radio base station 22. The changeover is executed when the mobile station 24 goes up to a point 34, and since the electric field is below a reception input electric field 43 being a reference value till the point 35, the DTX function is stopped to execute the transmission at all times. Thus, the tracing exchange is executed surely.
