Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to stabilize a composition for a month or more at ambient temp. and to use it repeatedly in a centrifugally clamping and hardening technique for a concrete molded item, by using a composition where a mixture consisting of carnauba wax, rosin, tall oil and alkali is dispersed in water or a mixture of water and an organic solvent as a releasing agent. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of carnauba wax, rosin, tall oil and alkali is dispersed in water or a mixture of water and an organic solvent. The amt. of carnauba wax to be used is 3.0-50wt.% of the total amt. of the composition and especially preferably 5-25wt.%. When a small amt. of rice bran wax is added to the carnauba wax, storage stability of the composition of a releasing agent can be improved and the releasing action can be strengthened. If the total amt. of carnauba wax, rice bran wax, rosin and tall oil exceeds 80wt.% of the total amt. of the composition, viscosity of the releasing agent is remarkably elevated and it becomes difficult to coat unifomly a mold with the composition. Moreover, if said total amt. becomes 7wt.% or less, the performance of the releasing agent becomes deteriorated.
