Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an apparatus and improve its mass production capability by constituting said apparatus through selecting a rectifier as a position-sensing magnet and a brush as in integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel disc 7 forming a magnetic path is stuck on a substrate 2, and a fan-shaped armature coil 6 is further stuck thereon. Conductor parts of an armature coil 10 effective for torque are arranged at equal pitches on the magnetic material disc 7. The conduction control circuit 29 of armature coils 10a-10c is made into IC and placed on projections 2a-2b of said substrate 2. The central part of a soft steel disc 4 is fixed to a rotating shaft 1 and a field magnet rotor 5 is stuck on the reverse side of said disc 4. Also, Hall elements 11a-11b are placed midway between armature coils 10a, 10c and opposed to a position sensing magnet rotor 8. The radial width of the rotor 8 is made equal to the outer peripheral part coil width and provided in the ineffective part for an output torque. Thus, the constitution of an apparatus is simplified, because it is based on two IC in the same way as a brush.
