CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin, a heat-fusible substance and a coloring agent are dissolved or dispersed in a solvent to prepare a coating liquid, which is applied to one side of a base such as a paper and a synthetic resin film, followed by drying to provide a heat-softenable layer.
