Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the recovery of valuables by treating a material contg. the valuables such as As, Sb and Sn in the prescribed alkali water soln., thereafter regulating the pH and temp. of the soln. and separating it into the soln. and precipitate. CONSTITUTION:The material contg. As, Sb, Sn, S, etc., is immersed into the alkali water soln. of 8-10pH and 40-60 deg.C temp. to leach As into a primary leachate and the As concn. is regulated to <=20g/l. Sb and Sn are then separated as a residue. Said primary leachate is regulated to 7-8pH and Sb and Sn are precipitated. The primary leaches residue is furthermore subjected to an alkali treatment of >=11pH and >=80 deg.C temp. to leach Sb and Sn into a secondary leachate. Cu, Pb, etc., are then separated as the secondary leached residue and the secondary leachate is regulated to 10-11pH, by which Sn is separated and recovered as the residue.
