Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain form data and function data having resolving power within one imaging time, by performing image collecting sequence for functional diagnosis due to two-dimensional phase encoding aiming one atomic nucleus and further performing image collecting sequence for form diagnosis due to unidimensional phase encoding aiming the other atomic nucleus within the repeating time of said sequence. CONSTITUTION:An image collecting sequence PS1 for function diagnosis due to two-dimensional phase encoding aiming an atomic nucleus for function diagnosis is performed and, during a time when the next sequence is started after a recovery time TR, that is, within a repeating time, an image collecting sequence PS2 for form diagnosis due to unidimensional phase encoding aiming the other atomic nucleus for form diagnosis is performed. In the image collecting sequence PS1 for function diagnosis, an exciting RF pulse is applied and an inclined magnetic field Gz for determining a slice in a Z-axis direction is applied. Then, inclined magnetic fields Gx, Gy for performing phase encoding in X- and Y-axis directions are applied and, at the collection time of a signal, frequency data due to chemical shift is collected without applying the inclined magnetic fields.
