Claims (1)
- ポンプヘツドの流体側ハウジング内に設けたイ
ンペラーを、機体の大気側ハウジング内から挿通
された回転軸の先端部に連結して回転駆動させる
とともに、前記ポンプヘツドの流体側ハウジング
と機体の大気側ハウジングとの間の回転軸の軸周
にメカニカルシールを配設し軸封してなるウオー
ターポンプにおいて、前記メカニカルシールの機
体の大気側ハウジング側に、吸水性樹脂からなる
シール部材を前記回転軸の軸周に対して非接触状
態で設けたことを特徴とするウオーターポンプ。
