Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable detection of a minus effect and conductivity of a conductor, by arranging a part for placing the conductor desired to be measured on one side of a 3-winding transformer to measure a ratio between induction electromotive forces of two secondary coils as generated with an exciting coil. CONSTITUTION:A part 2 for placing a conductor 1 is arranged on the top of a 3-winding transformer where a secondary coil C is arranged above an exciting coil A while a secondary coil B therebelow. Then, a ratio is measured electrically between induction electromotive forces of the coil B and the coil C with the coil A. Thus, a minus effect and conductivity of the conductor 1 can be detected.
