Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the functions of sensible heat and heat accumulation to make up for intermittency of solar radiation by embedding fiber aggregate among the needles of a needle-like member protruded from the surface of a base plate and passing a heat collecting medium through the portion between the surface of the base plate and a light transmitting plate.
