者がボイラ内に入る必要がある。従来は、小型ボ
イラにあつては、ボイラ両端にアクセスドアを設
け、ボイラ停止時にこのアクセスドアから足場用
の板を挿入し、スクリーン管、過熱器管等を利用
して足場を作る等の方法を用いていた。しかし大
型ボイラにあつては炉巾が広くかつ足場板の挿入
が困難で、たとえ挿入が行えたとしてもこの広い
炉巾のために足場がたわみ、場合によつては折れ
る虞れもある。このためこのような大型ボイラの
場合には炉底部に丸太等により支柱を立て、この
支柱により足場を組んでいた。しかしこの方法は
ボイラの炉底に推積したダストを除去した後でな
いと足場が組めず、かつ大量の資材を必要とし、
作業が大がかりとなる。またこれらの大がかりな
足場の組み立ておよび分解作業を定期点検(通常
6ケ月に1回)の度毎に行わなければならず多大
の労力を費していた。さらにこの足場によつては
炉内の上部と下部を完全に遮断することは不可能
であるので、炉内下部で作業中に上部からダスト

を介して前記スライド梁移動装置2と対向する側
にはボイラ火炉を貫通したスライド梁1を支持す
る支持梁8が設けてある。さらにこのスライド梁
移動装置2を介して前記支持梁8と反対側の端部
にはスライド梁1をボイラBから引き抜いた場合
にスライド梁1を支持するため1個もしくは複数
個の補助用ローラベアリング3cをスライド梁1
の引き抜き位置に配置固定する。このように構成
したスライド梁を第3図の1a,1bおよび1c
