該第一のスイツチ部を制御する第二のスイツチ部
と、 第二のノンロツクスイツチと、 該DC―DCコンバータの出力側に接続され、
該DC―DCコンバータが電圧を出力すれば該第
二のスイツチ部をオンし、該第二のノンロツクス
イツチが操作された後に該第二のスイツチ部をオ
