と、 第二のノンロツクスイツチと、 該ＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータの出力側に接続され、
該ＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータが電圧を出力すれば該第
二のスイツチ部をオンし、該第二のノンロツクス
イツチが操作された後に該第二のスイツチ部をオ
