管をその内部に収容すると共に先端に前記多孔性
部材を取付けた筒状の導入プローブを設け、前記
イオン源ハウジング側壁を貫通させて該導入プロ
ーブを取付けることにより前記多孔性部材をイオ
ン化室に装着可能に構成したことを特徴とする質
