Claims (1)
- ステータに複数の定在波により発生した進行波
によつて該ステータに対面接触するロータが回転
する超音波モータと、この超音波モータの複数の
定在波を発生させる複数の励振信号を出力する駆
動信号発生回路とよりなる超音波モータの制御装
置において、前記超音波モータの前記励振信号を
遮断することで停止させる停止時に、１つの励振
信号の印加を残すスイツチ機構を設けたことを特
徴とする超音波モータの制御装置。
