Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably deliver a storage battery plate to a conveyor by providing a thrust mechanism pushing the storage battery plate sucked by a suction mechanism from behind and delivering it to the transfer conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Storage battery plates A are lifted upward by a lifter 1, and the uppermost storage battery plate A1 is set to the preset height. The uppermost plate A1 is sucked at its lug B by a suction mechanism 3, thereby a gap is generated between it and the second plate A2. The rotary actuator 5 of a thrust mechanism 4 is moved forward by an air cylinder 7 to which it is fitted, thus the plate A1 is delivered to a conveyor 2. The cylinder 7 then returns, and the device resumes the original point. The plates A are delivered in sequence to the conveyor 2 by repeating this action.
