Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the optimum operation feeling for an operator on the basis of the selection by the operator corresponding to the fatigue of the operator, by mounting a reaction magnification setting means for changing the setting of the magnification of the operating reaction to be given to a master device side operating tool to the working load of an working part. CONSTITUTION: A controller 16 operates a slave device side working part work in a direction corresponding to an operating direction of a master device side operating tool by an amount corresponding to the operating amount of the same, and gives the operating reaction in proportion to the working load of the working part, to the master device side operating tool. On this occasion, the magnification to be set to a reaction magnification setting means 16D mounted on the controller 16, and the execution of the change of the set magnification, are instructed by the operation of the operating means 20a, 20b. The set magnification of the operating reaction to be given to the operating tool to the working load of the working port, is properly changed corresponding to the fatigue of an operator, by the reaction magnification setting means 16D on the basis of this instruction, so that the operator can get the optimum operation feeling. Whereby the operability can be remarkably improved.
