CONSTITUTION:An input part device 100 is provided with an extraction device 101 which extracts frame data consisting of a frame graphic 10 or 11 and a decision point extraction device 102 which extracts the coordinates of the decision points P1-P6. A processing part device 110 is provided with a division device 111 which divides extracted frame data into line segment elements, and a coordinate calculation device 112 which extracts the coordinate value which constitutes each line segment and performs the calculation of the intersection between the coordinates of the decision points P1-P6 extracted at the extraction device 102, and it is decided that the decision point exists in the outside of the graphic frame if the number of the intersections of the decision point shows an even value and in the inside of the graphic frame if it shows an odd value. In such a way, it is possible to decide the existence of a point coordinate in the inside or the outside of the graphic frame easily.
