Abstract
PURPOSE:To constitute the titled sensor by a simple shape, and also, to hold the mechanical strength of a lead wire drawing-out part, by supporting and fixing a reinforcing pipe for holding a lead wire by a center type in both side wall part opposed to each other, of a housing and drawing out the lead wire of a sensor element from a notch hole of its pipe. CONSTITUTION:A metallic pipe 24 which has been inserted through a through- hole 21 of a housing 20 is provided with a notch hole 25, and inserted through the respective through-holes 21 so that its hole 25 is positioned at the inside of the housing 20. Accordingly, the pipe 24 is placed in the diameter direction of the housing 20, and fixed with an adhesive agent, etc. Subsequently, it is covered with a part of a reinforcing tube 30 having thermal contractability, and a lead wire 26 is inserted through and led into the housing 20 from the hole 25, and connected electrically to a sensor element 22. In the end, a cover 32 is placed on the housing 20 and fixed, and by bringing the tube 30 to a thermal contraction, the end part of the pipe 24 is protected. In such a way, the pipe 24 is fixed by two parts at a distance and a distance between supporting points is large, held firmly even if external force in the bending direction is applied, and the mechanical strength is improved remarkably.
