Abstract

PURPOSE:To expand the junction surface of the parts to be junctioned with junctioning wires by a method wherein an oxide superconductor thin film is provided on the inner surfaces of recession grooves taking the shape enabling the junctioning wire formed on the peripheral parts of a substrate to be inserted into the groove while the parts to be junctioned extended from a circuit part of the substrate are formed. CONSTITUTION:A circuit part 3 comprising an oxide superconductor thin film is provided on the central part of the surface 2a of a substrate 2 while the parts 4 to be junctioned comprising oxide superconductor thin film integrated with the circuit parts are provided extending from the circuit part 3 on the inner walls and inner bottoms of the peripheral recessed grooves 6 of the substrate 2. The circuit part 3 comprises the main circuit of the oxide superconductor circuit 1 while the ends of junctioning wires 5 are inserted into the inside of the part 4 to be junctioned to make the ends and the parts 4 junction with one another. In such a constitution, the recessed grooves 6 are formed by, e.g., gouging the substrate 2 from surface 2a side taking a tapered boat shape while the surface layer parts of junctioning wires 5 are formed of oxide superconductor layer based on the same oxide as that of the oxide superconductor forming the parts 4 to be junctioned and the ends of wires 5 take the tapered shape to be inserted into a the recessed groove of the parts 4 for bringing them into surface contact state.
