- 複数枚のウエハを所定の間隔で夫々平行に載置
するように側板の内壁に溝を有し、かつウエハの
出入のための開口部を有してなるウエハキヤリア
において、前記開口部に前記ウエハの落下を防ぐ
ためのストツパー手段を設けたことを特徴とする
ウエハキヤリア。
