Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve facial accuracy after lamination, by a method wherein a laminal metallic material is heated, through heat of which a film is melted and the metallic material and film which are welded together are reheated further. CONSTITUTION:A crystalline polyolefin film 1 to which radial rays have been applied is welded to a metallic material 2 heated in a primary furnace 3 with pressure by a pressure roller 4, stuck, reheated further at the melting point or higher of the film in a secondary furnace 5, the films 1, 1 are melted, pressure welding is performed by pressure roller 6 and the films 1, 1 are stuck each other. A roller 8 is mounted by maintaining a distance where the film 1 is cooled sufficiently after the same has come out of a furnace 7. A furnace temperature of the tertiary furnace 7 is at least the melting point of the film to be laminated and 3-5sec are appropriate for a heating period of time so that the film 1 does not melt away. The roller 8 plays a roll of pulling the metallic material 2 to which the film 1 has been laminated. A matter which is smooth and having favorable facial accuracy is obtained, by a method wherein a rough surface transferred by the roller directly after the secondary roller is melted again in a heating furnace keeping a temperature of at least the melting point of the film.
