Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a firefly squid, pickled in Guinea pepper and having harmonized new flavor of firefly squid viscera blended with other materials, by crushing salted cod roe, preparing a pickling paste for firefly squid from the resultant material, boiling the whole firefly squid in salt water, flavoring the boiled firefly squid with a seasoning and pickling the seasoned firefly squid. CONSTITUTION:A firefly squid pickled in Guinea pepper formed by crushing salted cod roe, preparing a pickling paste from the resultant material, boiling the whole firefly squid in salt water, flavoring the boiled firefly squid with a seasoning, such as SAKE (Japanese rice wine) and picking the seasoned firefly squid.
