Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce a ceramic material provided with a hollow path and metallic material to the inside by interposing a plastic wire and a metallic wire covered with plastic between two green sheets consisting of composition of noncalcined ceramic, pressureizing and calcining it. CONSTITUTION:Both a plastic wire 2a consisting of organic resin such as nylon, vinyl chloride and acryl which is burned at calcination temp. and volatilized and a metallic wire 4a such as W and Mo wherein the outside is covered with a buffering material 3a consisting of the same plastic as the above-mentioned organic resin are bent to a required shape and interposed between two green sheets 1a, 1a consisting of composition of noncalcined ceramic contg. alumina, etc., as a main component. These are calcined at high temp. in an electric oven while pressurizing both green sheets 1a, 1a. The plastic wire 2a and the buffering material 3 are burned and removed as gas and thereafter calcination shrinkage difference of a calcined ceramic material 10 due to a hollow path 20 or burning out the buffering material 3 is absorbed and the calcined ceramic material 10 enclosed with a metallic wire 4 wherein excessive stress is not exerted between the ceramic material 10 and this metallic wire can be easily produced.
