Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent internal breaking and internal cracking from occurring and consequently enhance the strength of a product by a method wherein fiber mats, each of which is formed by bonding uniformly dispersed fibers one another by means of binder so as to realize a specified thickness and have a specified bulk density, are seated onto the surface of a frame and, after that, cement mortar is cast on the mats and vibration is applied to the whole assembly. CONSTITUTION:Fiber mat, which is formed by bonding fibers uniformly dispersed both in the in-face direction and in the thickness direction one another by means of binder so as to realize a thickness of at least 5mm and have a bulk density of 0.1g/cm<3> or less, is used. Said fiber mats are arranged in proper quantities evenly in the whole section of a fiber reinforced cement shal. Next, cement mortar is cast on the mats. After that, vibration is applied to the mats so as to impregnate the fiber mats with the cement mortar. Finally, the cement mortar is hardened. In this case, if a fiber reinforced cement slal, the thickness of which is thinner than 5mm, is used, the deflection due to bending load becomes larger, resulting in causing to crack. Further, if a board has the bulk density of 0.1g/cm<3> or larger, the impregnation of the mat with the cement mortar becomes impossible.
