    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の光透過性電極を備えた第１の透明基板と
    第２の光透過性電極を備えた第２の透明基板とを
    共に電極側が相対面する如く対向並置してこれ等
    両電極間に液晶を充填してなり、第１の基板から
    第２の基板に向けて光を透過する光透過型の液晶
    表示装置に於いて、上記第２の透明基板と第２の
    光透過性電極との間に光散乱層を設けた事を特徴
    とする液晶表示装置。
