構成されるプリント基板を正対させて実装し、マ
イクロ波回路用基板とプリント基板とを貫通端子
によつて直接接続したことを特徴とするマイクロ
波帯用トランジスタ増幅器。 (2) マイクロ波回路用基板として基板の背面に
金属で裏打ちしたものを使用すると共に、マイク
ロ波回路用基板をプリント基板側から固定し、マ
イクロ波回路用基板の幅方向寸法を小さくし、ト
ランジスタ増幅器のケースの幅方向の内寸を増幅
させるマイクロ波帯信号の周波数帯がカツトオフ
となる寸法とし、トランジスタ増幅器のケース及
び外蓋にマイクロ波信号に対してシールド効果を
持たせたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載のマイクロ波帯用トランジスタ増幅
