【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はスピーカ装置に関し、特にスピーカフ
レームの外周にグリルを嵌合するスピーカ装置に
係るものである。

嵌着される。このグリル4とフレーム3の嵌着
は、第2図に示す如く、フレーム3の立上片3a
の外周に一体に形成した突起3bと、グリル4の
外側リング部4aの内周に形成した凹部4cとの
係合によつてなされるが、上記突起3bはフレー
ム3と一体であり、また凹部4cもグリル4と一
体であり、これら凹凸の寸法、位置出しはすべて
フレーム3及びグリル4全体の形状、寸法との関
係により設定されるため、寸法管理が極めて困難
であり、その結果、寸法のバラツキによりグリル
4とフレーム3との嵌め合いがゆるくグリル4が
振動により離脱したり、あるいは嵌め合いがきつ
過ぎて嵌着が困難になる等の事態を招くととも
に、不良部品の交換はフレーム3あるいはグリル
4毎に行う必要があるため、コストアツプの原因
にもなつていた。
