でALc原料スラリーを型枠1内の全面に行きわたる様
に注入発泡させて一定時間経過後、原料が半硬化状態に
なったら支持棒8を必要に応じて90’回動してブリッ
ジ7と共に取除き、型枠1を外し第1図に示す鎖線A−
Aで鋳型4.4′上面に沿って水平に切断し、さらに鎖
線B−Bの箇所を垂直に切断した後、オートクレープ養
生して硬化させ、鋳型4,4′上の平面状の硬化したA
LCを取除いた後、鋳型凹所の硬化したAI、0を取り
出せば第3図aに示すような断面半円形及び第3図すに
示すような断面四分一円形のALCコーナー版を得るこ
とが出来る。

の発生や切削刃の磨耗の問題もなく、また曲面上に模様
がついたコーナー版も簡易に製造することが出来るので
、その実用的効果は大なるものがある。
