Claims (1)
- 壁パネルと天井パネルとを組み合わせて構成し
たクリーンルームに於て、中空の梁４と該梁４の
両端を支える柱５，５とで門型フレーム３を構成
し、梁４の長手方向の両側縁に載せ部４１，４１
を形成し、該載せ部４１に天井パネル１８の端縁
を置いて該パネル１８を門型フレーム３にて支持
し、上記中空の梁４にフイルター及び空調機に連
繋して、該梁４にクリーンルーム内の空気を吸気
して清浄空気に変え室内へ供給するためのダクト
を兼用させたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム。
