Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the easily tearing film or sheet useful for the cover of the vessel made of synthetic resin such as polycarbonate and polyester, etc., or the vessel body by using a composition in which polyolefin resin of low crystallinity, as a strength reducer, at heat welding, is mixed with the main polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic resin composition in which polyolefin resin of 1-50pts., preferably 15-35pts., is mixed with 100pts. of polyester resin with the crystallinity index of 40% or less, preferably 25% or less, is made into a film or sheet. By the molding method such as extrusion-molding or inflation process, said resin composition is made into a film or sheet with 5-1,000mu thickness. To use this film or sheet as a cover material, this film or sheet is heat-welded to the opening part of a vessel body. When a bag is made with this film or sheet, a packing bag with easily tearing property may be also obtained.

(Conventional technology and problems to be solved) Conventionally, the main body of the container was made of synthetic resin such as polycarbonate or polyester.
A container whose opening is thermally sealed using a film or sheet made of polyethylene synthetic resin mixed with a thermal adhesive as an easy-to-open lid material can be used, for example, as a container for aquatic plants, curry, etc. However, the thermal adhesive strength between the container body and the lid material is unstable; The drawback was that it was too weak and the lid material would peel off.

As a result of various studies to solve these drawbacks, the present inventors found that a film or sheet formed from a composition containing a polyester resin with low crystallinity and an appropriate amount of polyolefin synthetic resin can be used as a lid material or a container body. The object of the present invention is to provide an easily openable film or sheet useful as a container lid or container body made of synthetic resin such as polycarbonate or polyester. There is something to do.

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the present invention has a crystallinity of 40% or less, preferably 25%.
An easily openable film or sheet made of a synthetic resin composition prepared by mixing 1 to 50 parts, preferably 15 to 35 parts, of a polyolefin resin to 100 parts of a polyester resin with a crystallinity of 40% or less. The following polyester resins (hereinafter referred to as low-crystalline polyester resins) include, for example, terephthalic acid ester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, or resins obtained by adding and condensing a third component to these resins. Of these, those with a crystallinity of 40% or less, preferably 25% or less, are used; if the crystallinity is 40% or more, thermal adhesiveness cannot be obtained. However, polyester resin having such a degree of crystallinity is manufactured by extruding the polyester resin and then rapidly cooling it to form pellets, and the degree of crystallinity is determined by the molecular weight distribution of the polyester resin, the temperature and time during quenching, etc. This can be obtained by making an appropriate selection. In the present invention, 1 to 5 parts of polyolefin resin is added to 100 parts of this low crystalline polyester resin.
0 parts, preferably 15 to 35 parts. Polyolefin resin has the effect of reducing the thermal bonding strength of polyester resin, and is used in amounts of 1 to 100 parts of polyester resin.
The film obtained by blending ~50 parts not only shows stable thermal bonding strength under normal thermal bonding conditions, but also has a peeling value of 0.8 to 2.6 kg/15 cm, which is optimal as a lid material. It shows strength. The polyolefin synthetic resin used in the present invention may be low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer ionomer, polymethylpentene, etc., but especially linear It is preferable to use density polyethylene because a soft film or sheet with excellent oil resistance can be obtained.

In the present invention, a film or sheet is formed from a composition obtained by blending a polyolefin synthetic resin in a predetermined ratio with the above-mentioned low-crystalline polyester resin, and the molding method thereof includes an extrusion molding method, an inflation method, etc. A film or sheet having a thickness of about 5 to 1000 μm is formed by an appropriate molding method. When using this film or sheet as a lidding material, the film or sheet may be thermally bonded to the opening of the container body, or the film or sheet may be bonded to paper or other synthetic resin film or sheet. After lamination, the film or sheet side may be thermally bonded to the opening, and the film or sheet that is thermally bonded has appropriate peel strength as described above. If the bag body is made up of these, it can also be made into an easy-to-open packaging bag.
