他端部を保持固定する仕切壁とを有し、該仕切壁
と馬蹄型フランジとを底側板と両側板とにより連
結一体化し、上記仕切壁前方の両側板上部が切起
されてバンパーアブソーバ押圧方向に反転させた
取付フランジを形成し、該取付フランジ及び両側
板によつてサイドメンバに点溶接されたことを特
