With conventional technology, especially in the case of a double needle with an unoccluded inner needle tip, when collecting a specimen from a patient, it bites into the tissue before the specimen is collected during puncture, reducing the need for continuous suction, making it extremely stable. These are the problems to be solved.

The inner needle 1 of the double needle 1 has a tip 2 closed and a cutting edge 3, and a portion 7 that is connected to the piston 6 of the syringe barrel 5 with one or more suction holes 4 provided in the immediate vicinity of the cutting edge 3. One or more suction holes 8 are provided in the immediate vicinity of the patient, and by this means, a sustained suction force is obtained to suction and hold the specimen (not shown), which is the tissue for examination of the affected area of the patient, thereby solving the problem. It is planned.

With the solution described above, the suction negative pressure generated especially in the syringe barrel 5 can be obtained with the withdrawal operation of the piston 6, and furthermore, the bypass suction force is exerted by the suction holes 4 and 8 of the inner needle 1, and the suction pressure is generated immediately before sampling. By generating a suction negative pressure in advance, the hole 4 located just in front of the cutting edge 3 has the effect of efficiently and stably holding the collected specimen by suction.

One embodiment of FIG. 1 has an inner needle 1 as shown.
FIG. When puncturing, the hole 4 of the inner needle 1 of the double needle 1 is aligned with the cutting edge 1 of the outer needle 9.
0, it is possible to puncture the area to be examined without digging into the tissue (not shown) before sample collection, and the inner needle 1 closes the hole when the suction starts. 4 and 8, bypass suction passages 1, 4, and 8 are opened, and the collected specimen is retained by continuously maintaining the suction force.

FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of a conventional embodiment.
When puncturing the double needle 11, which has a long structure, the cutting edge 14 of the inner needle 13 is in an open state. It was said that the long double needle structure and the suction retention force were reduced.

As mentioned above, the effect of implementing the present invention is that when collecting a specimen, the bypass passages 1, 4, and 8 are opened as the puncture starts to aspirate the specimen, and the suction force of the negative suction pressure is increased. It has excellent effects, such as stable persistence and a significant reduction in the number of failed specimen collections.
