Conventionally, in order to construct the above-mentioned polymeric structure, such as a silo in which a concrete container is lined with steel plates, there are two methods: one is to assemble and weld a large number of steel plates after pouring concrete, and the other is to assemble and weld the steel plates first. A method of pouring concrete as formwork is known.

In the above, compared to the former method, the latter method has the advantage of shorter construction period and better integrity of the concrete and steel plate, but when welding the steel plates together, the heat input to the steel plate is large and large welding distortion occurs. The disadvantage was that dimensional errors occurred.

The present invention temporarily fixes the joints of mutual steel plates by applying a backing metal there, applying a sealant to the joint including the backing metal, and then pouring concrete. By preventing moisture and paste from seeping into the temporarily joined joints, and then actually welding the temporarily joined joints, welding distortion unlike the conventional method can be reduced, and accurate dimensions and shapes can be achieved. The project aims to construct a polymer structure made of steel plates and concrete layers.

以下には図示の実施例について説明する。 The illustrated embodiment will be described below.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a steel plate with its lower end already assembled, and this steel plate 1 is preformed into a predetermined shape that fits the polymer structure.

The assembly of the steel plate 1 and the steel plate 3 is as follows:
A steel plate 3 is placed on top of the steel plate 3, and the joints of both steel plates 1 and 3 and the steel plate 3 and backing metal 2 are temporarily fixed by spot welding 4 at predetermined intervals (FIG. 2).

After that, a sealing agent made of quick-hardening non-shrinkable mineral cement paste is applied thickly with a brush so that the surface of the backing metal 2 and its periphery contact with the steel plates 1 and 3 are sealed, and after it hardens, Concrete 6 is poured using these assembled steel plates 1 and 3 as one formwork (the other formwork is not shown). (Figures 3 and 4).

In this case, since the contact area between the periphery of the backing metal 2 and the steel plates 1 and 3 is sealed with the sealant 5, moisture and paste in the fresh concrete are absorbed into the temporary fixing of the steel plates 1 and 3 after pouring. There is no leakage on the welded surface of the welded joint.

Then, after a predetermined curing period of the concrete 6, the main welding 7 of the temporary joint of the steel plates 1 and 3 is performed.
(FIG. 5), thereby constructing the desired polymeric structure.

In the above case, the cleaning work of the joint can be done very easily since the moisture and paste of the concrete do not seep out as mentioned above, and the distortion caused by the actual welding is restrained by the concrete 6 and minimized, so accurate dimensions and shapes can be achieved. In addition, the sealing agent 5 can prevent welding defects due to generation of water vapor from the concrete due to welding heat, and also prevent deterioration of concrete due to welding heat.

Further, FIG. 6 shows a temporarily fixed state of another embodiment, which differs from the above embodiment in that a locking piece 10 made of L-shaped steel is welded to a backing metal 9 welded to the lower steel plate 8,
A locking piece 12 also made of L-shaped steel is welded to the upper steel plate 11, spot welding 13 is performed as necessary at the joint of these steel plates 8 and 11, and the locking pieces 10 and 12 are connected to bolts 14 and nuts 15. The difference is that they are tightened and temporarily fastened, but other things are the same.

As is clear from the above, the present invention temporarily secures the joints of mutual steel plates by applying a backing metal there, applying a sealing agent to the joint including the backing metal, and then applying concrete. After the concrete is poured, the temporary welded joints of the steel plates are welded, and a sealant is used to prevent moisture and paste from seeping into the joints after the concrete is placed. Cleaning the joint for actual welding is extremely easy, and the sealant not only improves welding quality by preventing welding defects caused by the generation of water vapor from the concrete due to welding heat, but also improves the quality of welding. deterioration can also be prevented.

In addition, by restraining and reducing the welding distortion caused by the above-mentioned main welding with concrete, it is possible to construct a superposition structure of steel plates and concrete layers with accurate dimensions and shapes.
